you don't have to have a c-section if you don't want to, most babies in the breech position will turn at the time of birth. also you can birth breech babies vaginally with no complications, it's not as big of a deal as doctors like to make it out to be

you'll be okay! panicking makes it worse! my nurses and anesthesiologist were amazing. they make you feel comfortable. don't be afraid to talk to the nurses. it calms your nerves. @paigey32

No. The medicine is what made me want to puke.

the only time I puked was on my way to the OR and on my way out. it wasn't so much the tugging but more the meds they gave me. @paigey32

the whole time I was in a panic because it felt like an elephant sitting on my chest, I also felt lots of pulling and tugging along with a weird burning sensation when they were closing me up. but the real pain won't come until everything wears off. I suggest walking and moving as much as possible. my nurse had me walking my son around the hall in his bassinest at least three times a day while I stayed, it helped ALOT!

I puked once. My babies heart was dropping and he was stuck so I had no choice but to get taken for a c section. Are you planning on having someone in the room with you. I would recommend that bc that person will keep you busy and not focused on what the doctor is doing.

The pain is after, I felt pulling and tugging and when they go to pull the baby out I felt pressure on my chest.

I felt pressure and I wanted to vomit the whole time. No it's not bad and I didn't think it hurt. Are you getting a scheduled c section? Mine was an emergency.

The pain comes after. Meaning the healing process is slow and painful. Plus you have to have help with everything for awhile (not trying to scare you)
