@theinkedmommy, oh so odd because it doesn't cause electrical or heat burns. Less then 1% of their customers complained of red marks or pressure marks and even smaller amount complained of blisters. But after extensive research it was found that it was caused by friction, improper placement or putting on a sock that was too small. As far as it alerting parents too late, I haven't come across that in my research. I've seen the stories where it did save babies lives. But I'm also going to take other precautions as to lay her on her back and not keep anything in her crib, check on her etc. I'm not going to solely depend on it.

I saw a few negative ones in their site but it was for the sock falling off or there being a glitch with the cellphone app. And yeah I will let you know how it works out. Hopefully it's a good product.
It actually is very accurate, the alarm goes off as soon as the sock falls off or isn't near the base to get baby's levels. Obviously use your own eyes and continue to check on your baby. But it is a helpful tool. It does not burn baby's foot, it doesn't even get hot.
@klarrissab, I still check on my son throughout the night but yes it does. It hasn't falsely went off not even once. Only when the sock fell off. I monitor his oxygen and heart rate on my phone and I can watch it go up and down.
@theinkedmommy, no, just have to have the base near the baby. I was so paranoid to even leave my son alone in a room by himself while he slept but with that it helps me be able to monitor his levels so I'm not checking on him every 3 mins lol
@theinkedmommy, I mean, it is a electronic there can always be something wrong with electronics that's I still always use my own eyes before even checking the monitor and what not. But it really is helpful. My son is only 7 weeks old so he still is in our room but when he goes into his own room I'm so glad I have it!
