Why does your feet and hands swell so much after you give birth? Like they weren't even this swollen when I was pregnant. My poor lil toes n fingers 😭

That happened to me. I heard it could be from hormones, IV, fluids, higher blood pressure after birth, being too hot. I just put ice packs on my feet and it went down pretty quick.
