Opinions please: I am a nanny. I was going to go back in the daycare so I can afford childcare. But ever place around here doesn't give a good enough discount where I would make any money after taxes and childcare. I was thinking of doing a before and after school nanny position in my neighborhood. I was thinking of going old school and making flyers and putting them in mailboxes. My husband seems like that isn't a good idea. As most of you guys are already mothers that are your opinions? Do you think it would work? Would you hire a nanny with a flyer in the neighborhood?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?
