@meagansimone, I just didn't want to have to feed her formula, I wanted her to be able to breast feed right of the bat like my friends have been blessed with being able to do, but I don't want to give up. It's gonna be hard I just really don't want to accept that I might not be able to breastfeed and it's gotten me super depressed.

You'll get it. Only like 2 % of the population is unable to breastfeed. it's usually due to bad advice and info. She will be able to feed off the bat. Get immediate skin to skin and don't let them take her until she latches. That coating is very good for her.

My milk didn't come in until after birth with all 3 kids. It took about 2 days before it really came in.
