Kinda weird tmi question!

Has anyone felt a weird buzzing feeling near your vagina kinda by your butt, in late pregnancy? Today I kept thinking i was sitting on my phone ringing but now that I'm laying down it's like between my butt and vagina and it happens when baby moves at all near the bottom of my uterus. I'm 39 weeks
