Well I've been having those pains for like 2 weeks and to top it off major pelvic pain to the point I can't walk and I can't sit up long cuz it's is uncomfortable @irishtwinmom13 I just don't know what back labor feels like I've always heard about it never knew if I had ever experienced it
Hell. It feels like Hell. Lol. From the time my water broke (6:30 a.m.) until the time I gave birth (10:03 p.m.) was 15 hours and 33 minutes but majority of it was back labor. I could barely feel the contractions in my belly because they just felt like period cramps. Really all I could feel was the horrible horrible pain in my back.
At this point it's probably just the baby weight that's putting stress on your back and muscles that's making you hurt. Lol. If it was back labor I'm pretty sure you would know. This was my first baby and I have never been in that amount of pain in my life.
Well I could never figure out the contractions lol when I was pregnant with my other kids the nurse actually was surprised when I told her I couldn't feel what she was seeing on the machine lol and it was before all the pain meds and the stuff they used to induce me @mumm062415
Me too. It was 7:30 a.m. before I got to the hospital and I drove myself there. When they hooked me up I asked if I was having contractions and she said "yes, they're about 5-9 minutes apart." I had no idea. I didn't know what they felt like with her being my first baby and I wasn't in any pain at all. I didn't feel anything until about 1-1:30 in the afternoon even with the Pitocin.
