I use hamburger meat but I said tofu bc u don't eat meat

I'm actually vegetarian but can make any meal with my veggie meat:). Plus my SO eats meat. He doesn't eat pork though so any recommendations that don't include pork is so appreciated! Thank you mama! @lil_bigmama
