No not normally ._. You won't get pregnant unless you're ovulating and even then you won't feel any symptoms immediately

No it doesn't, you may feel from the sex but you wouldn't know if your pregnant that fast are you on birth control

you can get the iud removed before it expires. you don't have to leave it in the whole time.

yes. just schedule an appointment with your obgyn and they will remove it when you're ready and start you back in prenatal vitamins to prepare for the next pregnancy
