i use cocoa butter. they have a specific one out for stretch marks if you dont already use that one. but it really helps with mine. my husband massages it in my skin every day plus it makes my skin super soft😍😍💖💖💖

100% pure cold pressed coconut oil I mix it with raw Shea butter since Shea butter has a nutty smell but they both have done wonders for my skin. I order them both on Amazon but health food stores also have them.

you can use creams and lotions bit you won't be able to stop your body from getting stretch marks. the creams will just help you stop scratching less, which causes more stretchmarks. I use bio oil. it definitely helped after having my son as well. my skin was going back to normal. it itched so much I got a huge rash all over my body. the bio oil was the only thing that cleared it up.

You absolutely CAN prevent stretch marks. Look for oils that improve elasticity: vitamin E oil, olive oil, castor oil, coconut oil, essential oil. Any one of those or combinations of them will help your skin stretch without creating the marks. It is recommended to start them early to help.

I use Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Body Oil. It has vitamin E, monoï oil, and almond oil. I use it on my stomach and breasts and I haven't seen one stretch mark yet! It also helps with dry, chapped nipples. I love this one! It's made with natural ingredients too, no parabens, no phthalates, no mineral oil, no gluten, no sulfates, and no dyes. I would definitely recommend it!
