been up with itching all night in my hands and feet - so annoying. I took all my cholestasis medication yesterday so I shouldn't be itching but I also can't take any more medication until after my glucose blood test at 11.30. so I must suffer until then. doesn't help that I'm also ridiculously hungry too!

u can rub it in your feet and hands x i always use it when i get full of insect bites in summer as im allergic to it i itch all the time and vinegar always helps me :) rub it as many times as u want and then keep it cooling and relax x
