here's my crazy labor story since I'm wide awake and can't sleep.
last night around 10 I went to the hospital for contractions every 4 minutes apart got checked was dilated 2cm, (exactly a week ago I was at 0cm so I was happy) stayed for 2 hours and nothing had changed so they set me home. got home about 1:40ish maybe? on the way home we stopped and got Tylenol Pm so I could maybe get some sleep well that didn't help me what so ever. didn't get any sleep kept having contractions, tried taking a hot bath even tried switching positions but that only made it worse. about 5:40am I started feeling like I needed to poop even though I already did and got nauseous well then all of a sudden I had my "bloody show" so I went back to the hospital because contractions were every 2 minutes now. got to the hospital about 6:15-6:20am well I barley and I mean BARLEY made it to the hospital in enough time I ended up giving birth to him at 6:40am. he decided it was his time to come, gave 100% natural birth and was only in active labor (from what we're guessing at) for 3 1/2 hours. not too bad for my first kid 💪🏼
well congrats momma😊
your birth story is kinda similar to mines when I had my daughter lol 😊
@kejs0911, that would be me lol I would just look at the doctor like idk what I'm suppose to do if I can't feel anything. I'm glad the pain wasn't a problem for you.
@shelsynikkol, I definitely was. Lol. They were like you're pushing with the wrong muscle and I'm stuck there trying to figure out how to push my first kid out. lol. It wasn't awful, though. It was a great experience and definitely wasn't painful. lol.
@kejs0911, I would've freaked out not knowing what to push though lol I would've been so confused
@shelsynikkol, Apparently. Lol. My sister tells me that all the time since hers wore off with her first son. Lol.
@shelsynikkol, I hear that all the time too. I swear I'm the only one who had an epi that worked a little too much. I was so numb I couldn't move my legs and didn't know which muscle to push with. Lol. It just didn't take me long after to get back to normal. Within an hr I was walking to the next room.
the labor was hard cuz my legs were so numb!! I couldn't feel contractions. but still managed haha
@alimarilyn7820, I hear a lot of women get epidural and end up giving natural birth because it wears off. I'm glad I didn't have the opportunity to get it because sometimes it makes you have a longer recovery from still being numb.
mine isn't crazy but I had contractions in the morning thinking they were cramps. i had gone to the hospital to visir a friend whos also pregmant but was having premature labor conaidering she was baeely 31 weeks at the time. as a joke leaving she told me it would be funny that walkimg out the building id start my labor. at 8 pm im walking out the door and they became constant. I checked in the hospital by 1030 and I was already at 7 cm! but since it was so late and I was tired from all the errands I made throughout the day. I had to get an epidural to slow down my labor and have time to rest at midnight. by 9 I was off epidural and had my son by natural birth.
@greenlandbroker, yes lol! at least I can laugh about my first delivery.
@greenlandbroker, yes once I was at the hospital they wanted me to pee in a cup so I tried too but couldn't pee (I thought I had to poop) so I was trying to go and then all of a sudden I couldn't stop myself from pushing at all and then I felt this pop and it was my water and the nurse like told me to get off the toilet right away and get in the bed. so I guess I was trying to deliver him on the toilet 😂
@greenlandbroker, it took me forever to realize what the different pains were. but ever since I bounced on the ball for 2 hours straight I started having contractions. wasn't expecting him to come this soon took us all by surprise lol. @kejs0911 I am so blessed mine was. I got told I have to be watched with my future pregnancies though because how fast and random he came!
@shelsynikkol, I bet. Lol. I'm hoping mine is quick like that. I've had 2 boys already. My first was a long process and my second was an emergency csection. I just want a quick one this time. Lol.
That's awesome! I'm 6 days away from my due date..and I'm just waiting for those contractions, lol. Have bh contractions all day.
@kejs0911, I'm glad it was fast and easy! but still I was in shock the whole entire time because it happened to fast I couldn't prepare myself that I was in labor lol. but thank you!
@greenlandbroker, it wasn't as bad to me as everyone was preparing me for tbh. but they were pretty painful I was nervous I wouldn't be able to tell the difference like between a real contraction and a BH but I surly did!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
