so I am trying to decide which birth control to use? what was your favorite? which one did you have issues with? TIA

I was taking the mini pill and got pregnant 2 months after having my girls. There have cash many cases of women falling pregnant within 6 months of taking it. Im going to talk to my OB about the ParaGard which is like the Mirena but you can still nurse on it. I prefer to have a period still because it's really not good to keep your body from having one and cleaning out your body

I have the Mirena. So far, so good. Only had it for about 4 weeks now.

my only worry about taking pills is forgetting to take them

I also get horrible migraines and vertigo, my doctor chose this pill for me because it didn't make my headaches worse. Some pills can make them worse so be careful of that.

Well, I'm on micro-nor since I'm breast feed but before I got pregnant I was on TriNessa. It worked very well. Sorry to be brutally honest but, my husband and I had sex without condoms and he did not pull out while I was on that pill and i never got pregnant. When he left for boot camp, I stopped taking it (idk why) and when he got back.... I got pregnant. So we know it for sure was working, and wasn't just a coincidence.
