In agony with my sciatic nerve today! 😢 any suggestions for easing the pain? I'm 13+6 x

the only thing that worked for me was by putting a tennis ball where it hurts and lie on it if you Google it you will find a picture to show the best place to relive the pain hun Xxx

try a warm bath? or a hot water bottle

Tried that 😢😢, tried alternating between hot and cold compress aswell and still in agony! xx

try some paracetomol, it eases the pain
