so I just spoke with an attorney and since my daughters biological father won't agree with hyphenating my daughters last name when Me && My fiance get Married I would have to take him to court proving he doesn't do anything for her and he's not in her life , resulting of him either having his rights taken away or he's going to be put on child support SMH Both of the things I was avoiding because I can care less if hes on child support its not going to benefit my daughter because he can't keep a job so there will be no money coming in all he would be doing is going back and fourth to jail , and second I never want to take his rights away because he's her father and even though he doesn't do a damn thing I'm not the type to keep the child away from him I let his FAMILY get her all the time , he just doesn't have anything to do with her even when she's over there .. I hope he realizes soon how easy it is to just sign a paper rather than having back and fourth court dates because I'm not giving up on this , I want my family to be complete with all of us having the same last name and so does my fiance since he raised our daughter since she was 4 months
