They haven't checked me for any progression (which isn't good because I've had a loss at 20 weeks a few years ago), they haven't scheduled me an actual appointment until the day before I am due because they don't have enough doctor's since everyone was trying to take memorial day weekend for vacation and he just isn't happy with the lack of patient care or attentiveness I've received. He got pissed off and basically said since I'm so far along, anything can happen and I need to be monitored as well as women like me who are due soon versus someone who is like 18 weeks or whatever. His words. I think he's just getting anxious and worried about our child because he wants to know what's going on. Rightfully so.

Yeah...they should be seeing you weekly by now. Cervix checks just depend on the doctor/midwife. Some don't check until almost the due date. (Weird to me but whatever.) Good luck girl!

your dr's office would make me mad! My dr has been very concerned about my pregnancy and said if I ever need an extra appt to ease my mind (due to losses as well) to just call and I'll get it. I would chew yours out as well!

@anmarie1, I just wanna know if he's ok in there. Dilating means possible risk of infection so I just wanna make sure it's all under control. @mommapint I'm gonna let hubby do the chewing ;)
