Lost my plug earlier today and have been having strong contractions at about 10-15 min interval lasting less than a min. Should I go to hospital? Is it still too early? FTM

Go if they get to 5 min or less apart for atleast an hr

@charleighsmomma, when they are about 5 minutes apart and lasting for a minute or more you should go in. or if they get so painful you can't speak through them
