HELP!!
Had toothache and had a tooth removed. In so much pain and paracetamol hasn't been working so been taking ibruprofen the last few days and it's the only thing that relieves the pain and let's me sleep... Surely taking it for a few days only shouldn't matter....I'm 18 weeks x

OMG stop taking ibuprofen now!!! that can kill your baby because it shuts down their nervous system that's why midwives say don't take it

People says taking it before 12 weeks causes miscarriage and after 30 weeks causes problems but second trimester is okay as long as it's not regular!x

I've avoided it all pregnancy, as its not good at any stage. They only recommend paracetamol; and yes I realise it does naff all, but is the safest for baby. Ibuprofen is dangerous. The risks to baby outweigh the benefits in my opinion. I'd rather be in pain than put baby at risk. x

Just take paracetamol hun unless prescribed something else by a doctor xx
