Anyone else suffer from headaches after taking vitamins?? Iv stopped taking mine after reading that you can actually overdose on vitamins if you already have enough in your body... One of the symptoms being headaches and fatigue... Which has funnily enough stopped when I stopped with the vitamins?! 💙

I'm not suffering now I have stopped taking them @meadraven.. Have t taken a vitamin for about 3 weeks and haven't had one headache.. Yet Iv been having headaches constantly since finding out I am pregnant.. So glad I realised haha xx
