Hi girls , I am wanting to breastfeed my two prem babies. I am expressing my milk at the moment and today and yesterday my left nipple is really sore. When I looked before there is a lump on the top of my nipple ( arrows pointing to it on pic) and it's really sore to touch. Anyone know what it is?
