I woke up to some really bad pains in my belly...the pains seem to be all over...and I feel like I could puke everytime a pain hits. I've never had pains like this my entire pregnancy I'm 30+5 weeks...should I be worried or go to the hospital?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Calling the doctor always makes you feel better well at least it makes me feel better I'm pretty sure my doctor is sick of me already hahaha. But I thought I was dying one night I was on the toilet shivering, puking, diarrhea and I was up all night with terrible stomach pains. Turns out I had eaten some food that had expired! Luckily my baby is doing more than okay in there. But I felt better after talking to my doctor.
