if you havnt done it before expressing and giving a bottle can be harder. then just breast feeding or bottle feeding. you build your supply based on what baby feeds from you, and some women find expressing difficult as baby is much more efficient at getting what they need. plus you have to wash and sterilise the pump and bottle each time you use it. it is possible and people manage it. if you try expressing and find you don't get a lot don't be disheartened. many people feel they aren't producing enough because they either can't express and can only express a small amount, some woman just need the babies suction to release the milk. I'm sure you will make the right choice for you and baby. in the early days just try breast feeding as its just colostrum which is great for baby . after around day 3 your milk with come in, trt not to get to frustrated and remember both you and baby are learning, take each day as it comes. If you have any breastfeeding groups near you there great to get help and support and you can attend before you have baby x
