Could try getting him adjusted see if that helps, maybe switch to a sensitive formula. You can talk to his doctor also. My son was a VERY spitty baby to and adjustments helped him the most.. I also put him on similac sensitive I would make his bottles in one let it sit for a minute to let the bubbles separate and then slowly pour into another bottle. It helped him!

My daughter has been as well its natural in newborns as long as it isn't projectile vomit it's ok
