My baby did it all the time lol I don't think it's anything to worry about I think it's when they get startled and jump a bit so it feels odd

My baby does it, I was told baby either gets scared and jumps, they're stretching, or the uterus is having a muscle spasm. If it last for a long period of time please talk to your OB because that could be something scary.

I also read that they their arm or leg could be caught in something and they're shaking to get loose..
