I'm 5 weeks pp and I stopped bleeding at around 3 weeks and now I'm having really bad stomach pain…

Bleeding up to 8wks is considered normal as long as you aren't filling a pad rapidly, or having large clots. I bled for almost 7wks pp with a natural birth.

You are probably still healing both from the csection, and from birth. If you have any of your pain killers they prescribed you after your csection I would take one. Csections take longer to heal and tend to be a more painful healing process than vaginal births.

@cookiemonster1216, thank you.. it felt like I was going in to labor contraction like pains then I did #2 and it went away unless it was my pain meds but man that felt like birth all over again

Your uterus does contract to get back to its original place and size. It can be very painful. It contracting also prevents hemorrhaging.

I'm 6 1/2 weeks postpartum. I stopped bleeding at 4 weeks, but every now and then I will start cramping and bleeding again for like a day then it will stop. It usually happens when I wear pants that are still a little tight (pushing on my uterus maybe?) or after I worked out the previous day. If you pass any large clots (like, bigger than a golf ball) or bleed extremely heavily then call the doctor. Otherwise you should be fine.
