Ladies!!! i need help/advice. Am almost 7 months pregnant and i have gained 30 pounds. My doctor really got on me my last check up says am over weight not so much for my height but for my pre pregnancy weight. honestly i dont excersize or eat healthy but i need help anyone got any ideas or advice?
Girl, my doctor told me the same.... I stopped all fast food, junk food, soda and etc and just started eating more chicken, veggies, fruits, drinking lots of water and just basically snacking on healthy foods when cravings hit..... I also walk a lot. I was gaining 10lbs every 4 weeks lmao this last week I gained 2 pounds.... girl, if you can walk some you'll be ok... but make sure you eat and snack too as well
Besides walking a mile daily, or more; I'd just try eating healthy more. More fruits and veggies. However, you and I both have gained about the same, and my midwife says it's perfect. So each doctor will have different views. I started at 119 before pregnancy, and today, at 28 weeks, im 149.

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
