Did any of you lovely ladies give one breast feed in hospital before going on to bottle? I plan to bottle feed but heard the first feed is best and thought I might give it a go just the first feed xxx

@hawkie75, this was my plan but he wouldn't latch on😩 I've tried since but he prefers the bottle now! Hopefully works out for you ladies! @jetrum xx

I was in hospital for 3 days after I gave birth and breastfed for those three days then changed to bottle after I was home, happy I did it for those few days as I know it's really good for baby. I wanted to continue when I was home but didn't have much support but I'm glad I done it😊 xx

That's my plan too but a little worried that midwife/hospital won't support this as I was unsure if it's what others do too. Good to hear.xx
