i think it works for some people but not all. guess they have to try something to get babies out but can take 24/48 hours to take effect @zoereddish-smith xxx

@mummy800, my mum took me over speed bumps in the car (made me sit in the back to get full impact) don't know if it was coincidence but I lost my plug 3 hours later an contractions started 2 hours after loosing my plug 😂 xx

sounds a bit stupid but if you have a trampoline then get bouncing! my aunty went on it for ten minutes and went into labour an hour later, she still swears it was the trampoline haha!xx
