I'm 18 week 5 days and mine are killing me to hurts with or without a bra I could scream with them xxx

I did with my first from 17 weeks, it's just colostrum, stick some breast pads in your bra and try a looser softer bra x

I don't really go out of house so I just wear a top with nothing covering my boobs underneath my clothes, I see doctor tomorrow I'll ask then x thanks x

I had the same thing but mine started at 16weeks then stopped and came and went every now and again xx

Have you tried sports bras? Or non wired bras? Also have a chat with your midwife I'm sure it's normal x
