My neighbor that lives above me has both her kids playing on the balcony one is around 1 and other is around 3-4. The 1 year old is screaming like she's in pain and the other one is banging on the door asking someone to let her in. This has been going on for 30 minutes. I don't like to get involved but the girls sounds like their in need of help. Should I do something ? Or wait a little longer ?

@hlanc4, I just hear them above me screaming bloody murder. Trying to find the maintenance man so he can check on them. He has keys to all the apartments

If you can't find the maintenance man call the front office and someone will go up there.
