How long does it take to become pregnant when your fertile windows are open?

having loads of sex doesn't necessarily work... it takes 72 hours for sperm to develop enough to be fertile, doesn't mean don't try just means lots of sex isn't always necessary x

Apparently you have a few days within that window. And if your partner has inserted semen in within a week can still get you pregnant. As they can survive in your body for seven days xx
