anyone any meal ideas.. my little boy has pretty much normal food now but feel like I am just giving him the same food…

Haha luckily don't have that problem with veg can't get it down him quick enough. thanks for the ideas he has only tried rive a couple of times but doesn't really eat it that well just rolls it round his mouth then spits it out

@hrbn2, my sons the same and he loves cheesy pasta too i blend up the veg to disguise it 😂😉 rice or cous cous is a good one for them to dig hands in 😊

Pasta always goes down well with my little girl, how about chicken and rice? Or things like cottage pie, lasagne, home made pizza? Can always use wrap instead of making your own dough base or buying it, spaghetti shapes and toast? Gets messy but kids love feeding themselves :) toad in the hole?

ah good idea. thanks he loves pasta il make him that for his tea tonight.. he has just started to master feeding himself although if I'm honest I proffered it when I had to do it. less mess!! 😊

My son is terrible at eating green vegetables so I sometimes do a cheesy pasta and broccoli bake which means that he actually eats his vegetables! Mild chilli also goes down really well, and if you do baked potato wedges without the skin they're great as finger food if you want a break so that you can eat a couple of mouthfuls of your own food x
