Anyone have any tips on losing baby weight? Any fitness classes or things you tried? ... Had my little man 6 months ago…

You're welcome, that's good! Same here I don't drive either so we walk everywhere and I do think it's really helped to loose weight and keep weight off. Ah, I think that's normal though. Too come to abit of a halt and go through a little stage of not loosing as much, maybe try he dvd's and see what else you can manage to kick start it all again x

@lissia23, thankyou for the response, ive been trying my best to eat well and walk everywhere with my son, which isnt too difficult since i dont drive ... was loosing 2-3 pounds a week which i was happy with as i know it wont just disappear overnight lol! ... but suddenly its slowed down and halted to nothing or 1 pound a week even though I'm still doing the same things. Might try the fitness dvds as I've heard good things :) .. Thanks again :) xx

Unfortunately I don't think there is a fast way to loose baby weight unless you have the time and money to hit the gym everyday and train hard. I walked everyday, with little one in pram.. Did the slim fast diet for a few months, careful what I ate, went running at least once a week and kept as active as possible. Days out with my little girl, running about with her. Home work outs are good and easy or fit around family lifestyle, the fitness DVDs you can get are fun. X
