what do braxton hicks feel like?? I've been having light period cramps but they aren't in the same spot each time and its not my whole belly that tightens up. are these still considered braxton hicks?

The best way I can describe them is a tightening around your whole abdomen, to me it's that feeling like your about to crap your pants with diarrhea , lasts about 20 seconds and goes away
