I've came off all medication and feel stable but I'm just so worried that I will be all over the place once the baby comes x

I've had mental health problems since the age of 16, so long before I fell pregnant. I have bipolar disorder. I was on medication up until 20 weeks, then was advised to come off them due to concerns that they weren't safe for baby when taken past that point.
