Hi, im 9weeks+4 and suffering with sickness too! I can go two or three days with nothing then keep nothing down all day or random sickness every morning. I don't really feel down but i've noticed staying awake is a bit of a mission!x

I feel awful all the time. Since about 5 weeks I have had terrible Nausea. Not so much sickness but always feeling so sick and struggling to eat. Really getting me down. I would love to feel myself again! :) x

Try and stay positive, it's totally worth it because you're growing a beautiful baby. I struggled too, but I found that anti-sickness wrist bands helped me and my sickness disappeared around week 14 so try and stay positive x

Have you tried the travel sickness bands from boots? They are doing wonders for me, has not stopped sickness completely but its rarer now x

Thank you both. I am wearing the bands now but no help at all. Docs have tried me on anti-sickness tablets because I am not eting well but no help either. Paying the sickness goes soon so I can enjoy pregnancy. Makes me feel so alone at the moment epecially as people don't know yet what I am going through. xx
