can you be in labor without contractions? this is my second baby but ive experienced everything SO different compared to the first go round.

anyway, around 8pm i started having contractions 2 min apart and 45 seconds long. ive been in prodromal labor for two weeks now so that didn't surprise me at all. well now they've died down (also expected) but i have the worst lower back pain and I can hardly walk. its starting to wrap the front too but I'm only having contractions every 20 or so min. its been 9 hours since this started and I haven't been able to sleep 😴😓
