Went out for my lunch and had spinach and broccoli soup which is good for the baby I then ordered some chocolate cake to have as a treat without realising the cake contained alcohol will my baby be ok I stopped eating it as soon as I tasted the alcohol it was in the icing but Cook said that they heated the icing up please ! I've been so good and haven't touched anything with alcohol not even royal icing because of the raw egg whitesX

cooking with alcohol usually the dissolves the actual alcohol leaving just the taste to flavour the food, your baby will be fine 😊 x

Yeah :) Alcohol gets burned off when heated :) And about the egg whites...you can have raw eggs as long as they have a lion stamp on them :) Uk hens are vacinated so there's very minimal risk of an egg having salmonella xxx
