I'm not sure if this is normal but when I get hungry my stomach starts cramping to the point it really hurts. I also begin to feel more sick

Me too girl....it's crazy! When it's time to eat, it is TIME TO EAT! LOL

Me too it sucks and sometimes I get what feels like gas pains right at the top. Could be from empty stomach. So uncomfortable
