So today i went to my ob for glucose test and i asked when i would be getting a 3/4d he said they wouldnt do it unless i paid (which i thought medicaid did ?) Am i wrong ? And also he said he would see me every 2 weeks now and for next appointment id be getting a anatomy scan ?. Is it similar to a 3 or 4 d ? Oe just a regular one ?

I didn't pay for mine they just did it with out me having to ask. every time I went in they tried getting me good 4D pics.

I figured but since tomorrow i will be calling a clinic near by that is specifically for 4d i didnt want to pay and then all of a sudden get one at my ob ! Thanks ladies 😃
That is so cute ! My ultrasounds aren't like that! And they dont even take 3 mins it gets me so pissed !
i just got my anatomy scan last week when i was 21weeks... and the tech did a very detailed ultrasound for about 45 minutes...and it was mostly in 2D but it had 3D capability so she took a few shots for me to keep in 3D... out of the 45 minutes I maybe saw my baby in 3D for a total of 5 minutes...the rest was just a regular ultrasound...im paying for my own 4D in a few weeks...there's coupons on Groupon for 4d ultrasounds :)
most times you have to pay out of pocket for a 3/4d. Medicaid doesn't cover those unless you have to have them for a specific reason. An anatomy scan is an in depth ultrasound. They check on development and the gender.
