why do I ever bother trying to lay on my left side. I always am in comfy and have to roll back.
I use a body pillow between my legs and the top part of the pillow I put under my belly so I'm semi on my left side then put a body pillow behind my back so it feels like I'm laying on my back and helps not put too much pressure on my left side. it helps me alot! sometimes it doesn't work, but for the most part it does.
if you don't have one, just bunch up a few of them and wrap it in a fitted sheet. works the same! use that one for your back!
