not pregnancy related. does anyone have any good home remedies on getting rid of ants?? my husband is about to just call the exterminator but I always like to try and get rid of it myself before dropping a few hundred dollars.

just borax? is it mixed with something? like warm water or anything?
I have a friend who works in pest control and he said that he uses borax. we had an ant problem when we moved in and now that we have been putting borax in all of the outside door/window frames *every 2 months* we are ant free.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

With most of us in a sleep regression or exhausted from being working moms, or just plain bored I figured it would be fun to get a little game started... so who's up for 2 truths and a lie? It's easy.. you post 3 facts about yourself, 2 true and 1 lie and when you guess you post yours here's mine:
I've heard lemon juice works. Just put some in a spray bottle and spray around the floor boards or wherever they might be getting in from. My parents have been having an ant problem and they use these little tiny square things that you put a couple drops of this ant poison on (it's included with the squares). The ants come and eat that and when they go back to the nest it infects the rest of them haha kind of evil but it's effective
