@kaitibabiie, no idea ...I am still fighting with this bad habit ...cigarettes are driving me nuts...idk... But it is hard, and when I feel depressed I am still thinking about it...

@yulianna007 green tea has a lot of caffeine too though

Trust me ,it was very hard for me to stop smoking but I did ((( so just drink some green tea or decaf)
