really?! @jessicagarmal I'm dying haha. I take warm baths and showers all the time and put cold bottles on it. sometimes the swelling will go down for a few hours then its back again. it is very painful
i use a frozen water bottle in a sock amd putting my bum on a pillow... it helps with the swelling...
I was gonna say hopefully they go away for you cause mine didn't after my first. And they are worse this time around.
