really?! @jessicagarmal I'm dying haha. I take warm baths and showers all the time and put cold bottles on it. sometimes the swelling will go down for a few hours then its back again. it is very painful

i use a frozen water bottle in a sock amd putting my bum on a pillow... it helps with the swelling...

I'll be honest mine stayed... I have them pretty bad but my mom has them really bad so I'm pretty sure mine are hereditary
