My daughter is 15 weeks old, she turned three months on mothers day. What can I do to try and bring her temp down? I've given her infants tylonal and it's only gone down by .2 degrees. Her current temp is in the picture.

fevers usually mean she's trying to sweat something out of her system, it's low so I'd let her break it on it own.

Alternate btwn ibuprofem and tylenol. Keep her in a diaper, cool room, and hydrated.

Its only a low grade temp. So try not to panic.. Try a warm bath? Try to keep her lightly dressed.
