Walking is what put me into labor. I walked 2 miles and 3 hours later I was in labor.

@babysperano, I can only hope that happens to me! I've haven't had many signs that she will be making an early appearance. My husband an I are going on longer walk tomorrow though in hopes I've made progress by my next Dr appt.

Ya I was having contractions about 10-12 mins apart for two days. I then decided to walk. Have you had sex.

I've mainly just been walking and bouncing on my yoga ball. Sex only happens once or twice a week because of my husbands work schedule. I've also ate 3 fresh pineapple & nothing! @babysperano

Look into red raspberry leaf tea. I walked a mile and a half one day. The next day I ate pineapple, drank the tea then walked two miles up and down hills. Then came home took a hot shower and felt the contractions get closer and closer. They became 5-7 mins apart I called in at 2-3 mins apart. I had sex three or 4 days prior. However I was 1-2 cm dilated for three weeks. I was supposed to get my membranes stripped the next day. That didn't happen as I went into labor. I went in at 1-2 cm dilated they made me walk I was checked again 4 hours later and I was dilated to a 4. Just keep walking even if it hurts push through it that's what I did.
