back contractions?? can anyone explain how that feels?

My back just was hurting, like a backache I was told that was back contractions

sharp dull pain in your lower back it got so intense for me that I couldn't stand up straight

@mookie1 @babykam this is so uncomfortable.. how do you time these? its like nonstop!

I downloaded a contraction timer app and when the pain started I timed it till It stopped it may feel like its non stop but contractions come in sets I went to the er when they started coming every 5 minutes @mommybug

I had those. They are the worst ever! I labored at a hospital and got an epidural because they were so bad.

@babykam i used an app for my 1st but they weren't back contractions.. they actually stopped.. the pain in my isn't stopping though! 😖

are they starting in your back but you feel it in your low stomach too like cramps? @mommybug

@mommybug, go to the er that's what I was feeling and by the time I got to the hospital it was time to push cuz I was fully dilated

It's actually hard to time them when they are in your back, I didn't know how to time them because it was a constant ache I just was told it was back labor and the day before my water broke the pain was bad I couldn't walk without stopping
