This is what helped us. But don't get discouraged it can take a healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant

I assume you have been tracking your ovulation? Things that can help are tracking you Basal Body Temp. Your cervical mucus, and cervical position. My husband and I tried for 11 months before we conceived. The month we conceived we use a fertility friendly lube (I'll post a pic in th comments) also taking prenatal vitamins and eating well and drinking lots of water will help too
