I heard if you take a warm bath it helps you dilate .

I didn't want too but since nothing was happening and I was getting farther along I at least wanted to start dilating to a 1cm

no im going to let it happen on its own, although i want her here im just waiting impatiently lol @shelsynikkol

last time I got checked nothing was happening for me and I'm 38 weeks now 😭 but ever since then I've been losing my plug. have you tried anything to make yourself start dilating??
